Rudloph Eason

While pregnant with Rudolph, his mom found that he had a urethral block which causing  hydronephrosis. Born at 30 weeks, he was admitted to Wolfson Children’s Hospital’s Newborn Intensive Care Unit, where he spent 2 ½ months.

While there, he was diagnosed with renal failure. Rudolph was hospitalized several times at Wolfson Children’s Hospital after his discharge from the NICU in April 2009.

Less than a month after being placed on kidney transplant list, he received the kidney transplant. Rudolph is still being seen at Wolfson Children’s Hospital for follow ups. His mom believes it is a blessing to have a medical facility so close to home.
