Running Career
- Started running 1975; I couldn’t even make it a quarter mile
- Moved up to marathons when I moved back here in 2005
- Moved up to ultras in 2009
- Competed in 18 marathons and 7 ultras
- Incorporated triathlons into mix in 2010
- New race director of the Guana 50k Trail Run
